Our Staff
Our staff provides a caring environment where children learn through the happiness and adventure of hands-on play. Our teachers are certified in CPR/First Aid and we participate in QPPS (Quality Preschool Program Standards). We are a 5 star accredited preschool through the QRS (Quality Rating System) in Iowa.
Miss Sara
I was born and raised in Nebraska with my parents and younger sister. While growing up, I was a gymnast and went to Iowa State on a gymnastics scholarship. I graduated with an Elementary Education degree. I also earned my Master’s in Educational Technology and my Reading and Early Childhood Endorsements. My husband and I have three children. We love to camp, boat and, of course, cheer on the Iowa State Cyclones!!! I feel extremely privileged to work with your children and the wonderful staff at Noah’s Ark Preschool. I am one of the lucky who gets to go to a job I love every day.”
I grew up in Des Moines and attended the University of Northern Iowa, where I earned my degree in Elementary Education with a reading endorsement. After graduating, my husband, Jake, and I moved to the Quad Cities. We were married in 2021 and now have three children: Morgan, Elsie, and Dean.I previously taught 2nd and 3rd grade for five years before taking time off to stay home with my kids. I am thrilled to be returning to teaching and am especially excited to be working with the preschoolers!

I was born in the suburbs of Chicago, moved to the Quad cities in grade school, and have lived here ever since. I attended the university of Iowa and graduated with a degree in studio arts with a minor in Spanish. I now live in Blue Grass with my husband and four kids, who have all attended preschool at Noahs Ark. I have spent the past 12 years as a stay at home mom and was happy to accept a teaching position here. I have known the staff here for many years and they are wonderful! I am so happy to be a part of the Noah’s ark team and to teach your children!

Hi! I am Miss Chris. I live in Blue Grass with my fabulous husband. We have two children. I started working at Noah's Ark in 1997. I took a few years off to stay home with my children, but couldn't stay away! My life consists of any activity my children are involved with. I so love to teach your children!
I grew up in a small town in Northern Minnesota along with my three brothers. I have a degree in elementary education, a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and an Early Childhood endorsement. In my free time, I love drag racing, scrapbooking, reading and watching football.

I was born and raised in Freeport, IL with my two brothers. I went to UNI and earned a degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education and an endorsement in TAG. I taught in the Davenport Schools for 9 years before having my twin daughters. I live in Blue Grass with my husband and girls. I enjoy watching my daughters in their activities. I also like to read, watch movies, and spend time outside.
Miss Becca
My husband and I have two wonderful children! I am very lucky to be able to play volleyball with my daughter on a few teams. I love to spend time with my family camping, playing volleyball, swimming in our pool with our dog, playing board games and watching our favorite shows on TV. My job is so rewarding, and I love it when a child learns a new skill that they have been working on! It's awesome to see them light up with confidence!!

I work as the cafeteria staff at Noah's Ark! I previously worked at an elementary school making meals for K-3rd. Outside of school
you'll find me with my dogs. I train and compete with my 2 Swedish Vallhunds! Along with my son we are always out looking for an adventure.
